Molly is a Portsmouth native who grew up constantly being active. She spent her entire childhood competitively riding horses with her sister. She would spend six or seven days a week at the barn on top of school, and other sports. In high school, she competed on two different IEA (Interscholastic Equestrian Association) teams which involved competing on horses you have never ridden before. In her first year she qualified and competed at nationals as a freshman. She loved the challenge as it required her to adapt her skills, which improved her riding immensely. When Molly stopped riding she tried out local gyms, but was still in search of something different. When she found CrossFit she knew she had found her new passion. As a full-time police officer in NH, fitness, especially functional fitness, can mean the difference between whether or not you make it home at the end of your shift. Outside of CrossFit, Molly stays active by snowboarding, hiking with her pup, paddle boarding, and more.
