InBalance Pilates

Thursdays 6:30-7:30 PM starting November 4, 2021
Included with membership, $25 drop in

InBalance is the class you have been looking for to enhance your CrossFit experience, this class will improve your range of motion, speed recovery time after an intense week of workouts, this class focuses on working from the core outward. You will increase your core strength which will help your overall lifting, mobile stretching will give you the flexibility you need to get full range of motion in your CrossFit classes and give you that mindbody aspect to keep you grounded.

Meet Instructor: Nadine Taylor
Nadine is a certified Pilates instructor, founder and co-owner of Dover Pilates. She received her Comprehensive Certificate by Body Arts and Science International (BASI). In addition to her Pilates certifications she is also a licensed Buff Bones® instructor (a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health) and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is an experienced athlete herself, running 1/2 marathons, volleyball and competing in lumberjack competitions.

Nadine has been teaching Pilates for 10 years and has used her practice with athletes and clients at all levels. She believes Pilates can be the key to making clients stronger in any sport and activity they choose to pursue. Nadine looks forward to sharing her passion of Pilates with the members at Everproven starting in November!


Strength & Conditioning with Royce

Saturdays 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
$100/month or $30 drop in

Saturday morning barbell discipline class with enough time for technique analysis in between sets by Coach Royce. This class will work on technique first for SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift), along with barbell accessory movements, ROM training and sled work. Come and join us, meet new people and zone in on your technique.

Better, Faster, Stronger Youth Training

Next Session: October 25th – December 16th (8 weeks)  

Do you have a youth athlete (ages 12-18) who wants to learn about strength training, gain agility, improve speed and enhance their overall athletic performance? Join Coach Royce practicing the three barbell movements (squat, bench press and deadlift) with an emphasis on technique, discipline and proficiency.

Size Cap: 10 participants
