Our high-intensity and high-energy SHRED classes are designed to be fun, supportive and safe for anyone, no experience required! The primary focus is on conditioning through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and body weight movements. SHRED is great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, and to kick-start new healthy habits.
