Are you looking for a barbell club that takes lifting seriously? Are you looking to refine your lifts for Crossfit classes? Are you someone that wants to optimize weightlifting as your main source of exercise but aren’t looking to compete?
If you’ve answered yes to any of the questions above, EVRPRVN Barbell Club is the place for you!
Our program consists of a four day training block. Three out of those four days we meet in person. These in-person sessions are held in a training hall with other athletes. You come in, warm-up, and setup for the lifts of the day. If you are new to weightlifting, we can guide you through a warmup and instruct you how to execute each movement. Throughout the workout, coaches will provide on the spot feedback and guidance to help you refine your movements. Programs are provided to athletes on a weekly basis via SugarWod, and your fourth day can be completed at any time that may fit into your schedule.
In addition to our programming and in-person coaching sessions, you will also get access to our private Facebook group. This will allow you to still get feedback on your lifts from one of our coaches. This is especially helpful if your schedule shifts and you aren’t able to make it for an in-person session, or for your independently completed sessions.
This Program is $170.00/month and also comes with our 24/7 Hybrid AF access (keycard access).
