Fill out a form below and choose a date and time to come check out EverProven. At your intro session you will talk to a coach about your goals, history or injuries, and how we can best serve you.

Step 2

Learn the Fundamentals

New members complete 4 private sessions to learn about CrossFit easily and safely with the undivided attention of a coach.

Step 3

Join the Class

When you finish your four one-on-one sessions, we encourage you to join our larger community in the group classes or continue with personal training. Your coach can assist you in choosing a plan that will best reach your goals.
