Cancellation Policy

WE’RE SORRY TO SEE YOU GO. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable, as membership rates are subject to change.

If you would like to meet one-on-one with a coach to come up with other options because you know how important your health is, please contact a coach now! Same goes for if you have an injury or a specific goal! We can still help in these instances! If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, please inform the office manager and/or general manager in writing by using the contact form on our website or by sending them an email. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from submission of the your written notice. Based upon your membership agreement, under no circumstances shall a membership be canceled without a 30 day-written notice. Per your membership agreement, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis, which is billed on or around the 1st of each month, unless a 30-day written notice is received. Note: If you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. – Example – If you cancel a membership on the June 14th, your membership will be canceled as of July 14th. All partial memberships that fall within this time period will be prorated as appropriate. We do not accept cancellations via: Fax, Twitter, Text Message, Instagram, Instant Messaging, Facebook or other similar services and platforms. All payments are non-refundable.  A request for cancellation will be automatically declined if the membership billing account is not current of all outstanding dues, fees and charged retail items. 

Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires that all remaining fees of 30 day commitment be paid as outlined in your membership agreement.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS WITH TIME COMMITMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO PAY THE REMAINDER OF THEIR MEMBERSHIP UP TO $500 AS A CANCELATION FEE IF TERMINATED EARLY. Extreme circumstances such as major injury or personal emergency will be taken into consideration by gym ownership on a case by case basis. When a contract is 1 month away from being fulfilled, the client will be notified by the office manager and given the option to sign another contract  at current rates or to continue at the current month to month rate. 

Holds: Holds fall under the same rules as the 30 day cancelation policy.  To place a hold on your account, you must give a written 30 notice.  Holds will last a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days. Holds can be lifted at any time earlier than the 30 days if the client agrees to pay for the time from the start of the hold until the day that the hold is lifted thus making a 30 day period whole.

Placing a hold on a membership that is under a contract will extend the end date of the contract by the same amount of time that the hold was placed for.
