General Questions

What Does My Membership Include?

Memberships includes attendance at scheduled CrossFit classes and open-gym. We often have in-house competitions and social events which are all included in your membership. Please note, that an open-gym attendance counts as a one attendance for the 3x a week membership plan.

Do I Have To Sign A Contract?

We do month-to-month billing and you can cancel anytime, just give us notice before the month starts. No gimmicks, no games here at EverProven we are so confident that you will love our facility and coaches that we don’t need to lock you into a contract. You’ll want to stay!

Do I Need To Be In Shape To Start CrossFit?

We’ve heard it all before… “I need to be in shape before I sign up”… “I’ll never be that strong”… “I could never do that!” The reality is that EverProven is for everyone. We will guide you on your journey from couch-dweller to CrossFitter. You will learn that you don’t need to be a superhero to do superhuman things. You just need to show up. It really is that simple.

How Do I Get Started?

We like all new members to attend a free intro class. You’ll work with one of our coaches to learn some basic CrossFit movements and do a basic introductory workout. The coach will use the opportunity to evaluate how you move and your general fitness level. You’ll then be ready to join our regular classes. However, we strongly recommend our group ON-RAMP program.

I’m Concerned That I May Need More Than An Intro Class?

We completely understand! If you feel you need more instruction before joining the regular classes, we offer a 12-session ON-RAMP program or you can opt for 1-on-1 coaching sessions. We’ve had great feedback from our ON-RAMP and personal coaching graduates that they felt more than ready to join the regular classes.
