WHAT DOES MY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
Memberships include attendance at scheduled CrossFit classes and open-gym. Please note, an open-gym attendance counts as a one attendance for the 3x a week membership plan.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
We do month-to-month billing and you can cancel anytime, just give us notice before the month starts.
DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START CROSSFIT?
No. You can start CrossFit at any age, and any ability level. You can start CrossFit if you’ve never worked out a day in your life, if you’re a former athlete, and if you’re injured or disabled. There are no limits, as every workout can be modified to your abilities. All you need to do is show up.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We like all new members to attend a free intro class. You’ll work with one of our coaches to chat about your goals and to learn some CrossFit movements. You’ll also do an introductory workout to understand the style of a CrossFit workout. After an intro, we highly recommend completing four one-on-one sessions where the coach will ensure you are ready to safely and confidently transition to group classes or further personal training.
