Community Driven Fitness

Each time you walk through our doors, you can expect a personal welcome and an amazing experience. We don’t sell gimmicks or quick fixes. You will work hard but you will have fun doing it! Our CrossFit programming is designed for everyone regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, full time parents, military, police officers, firefighters, people fighting obesity, and those just looking for something different. We’ll modify the movements and intensity to fit the your abilities.

We have a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success. We believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. There is no such thing as an overnight success.

A large part of the CrossFit philosophy is tied to the idea of community. We believe that fitness is more than just about being skinny and looking good. It’s about living a healthy lifestyle and sharing that lifestyle with others. EverProven community is one of support, self improvement, and charity. It’s not just a WORKOUT. It’s a way of LIFE!

Our brand of CrossFit is an excellent program that emphasizes the importance of mechanics, consistency and intensity (in that order). Our training methods are based on using your body the way it was meant to be used. Rather than using mundane machines, we focus on proper, safe, and functional, natural movement.

You will run, jump, stretch, climb, crawl and lift in patterns that your body was designed to by nature! All of our classes are coach led to help guide you to the best hour of your day. Your job is to come in, work hard, have fun and leave happy!
