Meet Jacqui Avants, RD!

Hello Everyone!
I am excited to introduce our community to Jacqui our New In House Registered Dietician! Jacqui is taking over as the Lead of Proven Performance Nutrition and has an incredible background with not only nutrition, but CrossFit as well!
Jacqui has a master’s degree in nutrition from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She completed her 1200 hour clinical internship at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System in Minnesota. Jacqui was active her whole life but knew she found something special in April 2016 when she began CrossFit. It was never boring, she got to feed her competitive spirit, and she found a community of like-minded individuals that made her excited to go back to the gym.

Jacqui’s long term health plan is simple: consume a diet filled with whole food and do CrossFit. So far that combination has brought her to the peak of her health and fitness, and she anticipates that trend will continue through all phases of life. She is excited to work with the Everproven community to keep it simple and make small, sustainable changes to support lifelong health. When she’s not working, you will likely find her tending her home vegetable garden, lifting heavy barbells, drinking freshly roasted coffee, or whipping up (or eating!) something delicious in the kitchen.
We are excited to have Jacqui on board! Before taking on individual clients, Jacqui will be kicking things off with a completely revamped 28 Day Nutrition Challenge that we would love to invite you to!

With the challenge Jacqui, is ready to help you take control of your nutrition and help you make progress towards achieving your goals! The challenge begins October 1st.
