Here is what Elliott has to say;
“I started out playing deck hockey as a kid in middle school for approximately 3 years. Then, in high school, moved on to Track and Field where I competed in the 100m, 200m, 4×400, 110m hurdles, and 300m hurdles. My senior year of high school I started getting into weight training ( Bis, Tris, Chest, and back, you know, that PUMP). Then, joined the Navy, Attended/completed Rescue Swimmer School (High volume calisthenics).  After the completion of my Navy contract, I started doing CrossFit (2013) and have been hooked ever since. I have since received my Level 1 & 2 Trainer Certificate and a few other specialty courses. My favorite rapper is Lil Wayne and I am impressively bad at basketball. My relationship with CrossFit is mostly abusive, partly exciting.”
Elliott’s favorite food;
“Avocado eggrolls (From Cheesecake Factory #FIRE)”
