Those who are new to CrossFit are required to complete a Free ‘No Sweat’ Intro class followed by four, one-on-one 60-minute Personal Training sessions with one of our experienced coaches. These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements of CrossFit and fundamental barbell movements.
The emphasis of these sessions are technique and introducing the intense (but fun) nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one-on-one sessions will allow you to learn about CrossFit EASILY and SAFELY. The sessions are scheduled at a time that is convenient to you.
The cost of the On-Ramp Course is $300 which includes:
- 4 One-on-one Personal Training Sessions
- Goal Setting and Action Plan
- Basic Nutritional Guidance and Handbook
- Q&A Sessions with your coach
- Open Gym Access
