We work with kids from a very early age through teenage years to instill the values, appreciation, and rewards of physical fitness.
The CrossFit methodology can be instilled at a very early age, focusing primarily on the gymnastic, callisthenic, and mobility aspects of CrossFit in a fun and engaging atmosphere. As the kids get older, strength training is slowly applied. For pre-teens and teens, on a case by case basis, strength and weight training is slowly integrated to achieve the most well rounded, physical fitness possible.
